Shipping & Returns
Orders are shipped from Paris, France.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.
All e-shop orders are shipped via DHL Express.
A same-day courier delivery service within Paris may also be arranged upon request by contacting ciao@maar.it.
Shipping Rates
- France: €22 (complimentary shipping on orders over €400)
- Europe: €30 (complimentary shipping on orders over €400)
- Rest of the World: €45 (complimentary shipping on orders over €600)
- United States: $50 (complimentary shipping on orders over $700)

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return if your purchase does not meet your expectations.
Any return request must be sent by email to ciao@maar.it, stating your name, order number and the reason for the return.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address.
Items must be returned complete, unworn, unused and accompanied by their original tags, accessories and packaging.
Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
MAAR cannot be held responsible for any returned parcel that is lost, stolen or damaged before reaching our premises. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Need a Different Size or Style?
We do not offer standard exchanges on maar.it.
If you would like a different size or style, we invite you to place a new order through our e-shop after returning your original item in accordance with our return policy.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method and will generally be processed within approximately three business days following receipt of the returned item.
Lost Parcel
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact our Customer Care team at ciao@maar.it and provide your tracking number.
We will do our best to assist you with the necessary steps and liaise with the carrier when required.
